TOURNAMENT VENUES: Triangle Area Ice Rinks including Invisalign Arena at Wake Competition Center, Polar Ice Wake Forest and Polar Ice Garner
TOURNAMENT DATES: March 13-15, 2026
** Some games may be played on Friday night but we will try our best to keep everything on Saturday and Sunday.
EARLY BIRD ENTRY FEES:
8U Boys: $975/team with a 4-game guarantee
10U, 12U, 14U, 16U & 18U Boys: $1,275/team with a 4-game guarantee
Youth Girls: $800/team with a 3-game guarantee.
** Registration fees increase starting on January 26. Click “Register” for more details about this year's pricing structure.
** Forfeit Fee: Any team that drops out of the tournament once the schedule has been posted or forfeits a game during the tournament will be assessed a $100 fee.
DIVISIONS OFFERED: 18U ('07 & '08), 16U ('09 & '10), 14U ('11 & '12), 12U ('13 & '14), 10U ('15 & '16) and 8U ('17 & '18)
** All divisions with the exception of 8U will be playing stop-time periods.
** Divisions will be divided based on skill level when possible. A minimum of 6 teams (3 for each division) will be required to hold 2 separate divisions within a particular age group.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 11:59pm on February 24
ROSTER DEADLINE: 11:59pm on March 2
** Rosters MUST be submitted online by having each player and coach complete the Team Member Log-in form. Instructions on how to do so will be sent in a follow-up e-mail to the person that registers the team. Teams that have not submitted their roster by the roster deadline may not be eligible to compete.
